Children are welcome on board. We have spaces and equipment that ensure safety and peace of mind throughout the time spent on board or in the sea.

We can arrange snacks and light bites. Packed lunch and why not... an aperitif at sunset!

You can take excursions to all the most renowned spots of Elba, tailoring the trips to your wishes:
just the morning, enjoying the most peaceful moments of the day, or the afternoon, with a pleasant return to port at sunset.

And why not consider just a short two-hour trip for a wonderful dive into the sea? Beautiful coves reachable only by sea are just a short sail away.

We also offer the option of full-day excursions or boat rental for several days, so you can make the most of the many destinations within reach.

The main trips departing from Marina di Campo are the following:

Westward: the beaches of Galenzana and Palombaia, the Grotta Azzurra, and then Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia, Le Tombe and the Pomonte wreck.

Sailing along the entire Costa del Sole we'll come across beautiful golden beaches and granite cliffs until we reach the "Piscine", distinctive natural pools by the shore, shaped by the unique formation of the granite rocks.

Going further, the scenery changes once again and you'll come across pebble beaches of darker colours, such as Le Tombe and Pomonte. The latter is an ideal destination for snorkeling lovers, with the chance to dive and see the sunken wreck of the Elviscot merchant ship; we can keep going along the Elban coastline, visiting the coves up to Marciana Marina, the gulf of Procchio, la Biodola, l'Enfola, Sansone beach, all the way to Portoferraio with its white-sand beaches.

Eastward: with a little more sailing we'll cross the gulf of Lacona with Punta della Contessa and Laconella until we pass Capo Stella and enter the gulf of Capoliveri. There we'll find countless beaches and coves including Acquarilli, Lido di Capoliveri, Barabarca, Morcone, Innamorata and then the splendid Gemini Islands. The final destination will be the discovery of the Punta Calamita mines, or, continuing along the Elban coastline, we can visit and have a wonderful swim in the stunning coves we'll find all the way to Porto Azzurro, Capo d'Arco, Ortano, Rio Marina or the gulf of Cavo.

Location

Taxi Boat Elba is based in Campo nell'Elba and operates along the entire Elba coastline. The crew lives on the Island of Elba and has been working in the boating industry for several years.

To make every trip as pleasant and relaxing as possible, with special attention to children, the crew is made up of a captain — who is also the boat's owner and skipper in charge — and a deckhand.

THE BOAT

The boat is a "Sagemar Sagene 28 Fly", category "B" hull, a 9-metre cabin cruiser with two engines, 220 HP AIFO IVECO TURBO DIESEL.

Designed for use as a Coast Guard patrol boat or for offshore fishing, it is highly reliable and equipped with all the required safety gear, certified by the relevant authorities.

Various amenities are available on board: a well-stocked minibar (no alcoholic drinks), a bow cabin with a double berth ideal for children's naps, and a bathroom with toilet facilities.

Both indoor and outdoor cruising spaces — the latter sheltered by a veranda — plus a bow sundeck with bowsprit platform for diving.

Cruising speed approximately 7/9 knots (around 15/20 km/h).
